Vacuum Tray Dryer

Octagonal Blander

The Octagonal Blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process 
of dry granules equally. It can be used for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic products etc. Octagonal Blender consists of octagon shaped body, rectangular central portion and top and bottom polygonal frustum. It is provided with baffles for fast and efficient mixing, charging port and outlet with butterfly valve. It is very useful machinery for pharmaceutical industry where in gentle blending of dry granules or powder is to be done. Other important feature of this machine is easy to clean in place. The bin charging system can also be incorporated in it which is a dust free closed system for charging and discharging of powders or granules. The powder consumption is comparatively lower than the other similar type of blender.

• Two third of the volume of the cone blender is filled to ensure proper mixing.
• The Octagonal blender gives best result for granules due to very slow speed and octagon shape of container.
• In Octagonal blender the granules from all sides due to the octagonal shape of the product container, hence requirement of RPM is less.
• Suitable mainly for Crystalline & Granular type material. This type of material gets sufficient continuous movement due to their shape if container has only slow movement and will results in good quality of blending / lubrication of granules.

Conta Blender

Conta Blender has replaced completely the conventional blenders like V shape / Double cone or Ribbon type- II is o latest GMP concept with on emphasis on the dust free transfer of powders and granules at different stages from sizing / dispensing ,compression / filling of Tablets or Capsules.

The process involves collecting the sized granules in o Container, wheeling it to the Blender, engage the same with clamping system, lift and tumble for the pre validated time in set number of rotations. Tapasya developed "CONTA" based on Pharma industries feedback on ifs Cage Blender which still is a market leader in this segment.

Conto Blender has a flexibility of Batch Volume. Varying sizes of containers con be mounted on a drive console which is equipped with clamping cage. Batch size variation achievable in 500 kg. Model for example, is from 75 kg, to 500 kg, using two different sizes of containers.

 

Rapid Mixer Granulator

Applications
Rapid Mixer Granulators (RMG) are primarily used for tablet manufacturing process  which requires homogenous mixing, controlled granule size and at the same time assuring great reduction in processing time. These apart, cGMP models demand utmost hygiene standard that can only be achieved on RMG.

Working Principle & Construction
The bowl has a flat circular base and the diameter of the bowl at the mid-region is comparatively larger in size, gradually tapering off towards the top in the shape of a cone. This particular configuration helps in proper mixing of cohesive powders.

 

Planetary Mixer

Vibro Shifter

Vibro separators are circular unitary gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids from solids,liquid from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle size, having a very wide range applications.

This is accomplished by vibrating the screens in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centred weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft.

The top weight causes vibration in the horizontal plane which causes the material to move across the screen towards the periphery. The lower weight acts to tilt the machine which causes vibration in the vertical tangential axis. 

The angle of lead of the lower weight with relation to the upper weight provides variable control of the screening pattern. Thus the material moves across the screens and also in the vertical and tangential planes enabling maximum screening. Neelam Industries’ Vibro sifter are available with a wide range of possible screen sizes (mesh) Option for multiple deck separation is also possible.

The unit consist of Specially designed vibratory motor to run on 400 / 440V, suitable HP, 3 phase, 50 cycles electric supply ,with adjustable eccentric weights at the top and bottom of the motor shafts mounted vertically at the centre of the base plate of screening unit. Screening unit consists of SS 304 screen sandwiched between SS 304 hopper and bowl with the help of special clamp with gasket. Rugged Springs placed over the circular motor base amplify the vibration and at the same time restrict the vibration from being transferred to the floor.
